The Navi8 app · for individuals

One upload. Every medication question your family will ever ask.

Navi8 is a medication companion that happens to run a structural biology pipeline underneath. You see a treatments list, a schedule and a screening button. The app sees your proteins.

01 · Upload once

Your sequence becomes a protein panel.

Upload whole-genome, exome or a targeted panel. Navi8 normalizes it into the protein-changing variants that matter, collapses them into your haplotype states, and folds only those — cached and reused for every later question.

  • Accepts VCF and common sequencing exports; no editing, no configuration.
  • Non-protein-changing variants never trigger compute, so onboarding stays affordable.
  • A signed protein-panel artifact is the anchor every screening result points back to.

02 · Add medications

Every treatment resolves to a real molecule.

Type a name; Navi8 matches it to RxNorm and its drug class automatically, then keeps it in a treatments list you can schedule, log and review. Combination products are matched as what they are — never silently split or swapped.

  • RxNorm and RxClass resolution with provenance on every match.
  • Scheduled and as-needed treatments, with reminders and one-tap logging.
  • Supplements and natural products tracked alongside — flagged as non-medications.

Three screening modes. One protein panel.

Select a medication, choose what you want to know, and Navi8 plans the structural jobs behind the scenes. Every answer is research and decision-support — designed to make the next conversation with your clinician a better one.

Same-class alternatives

Compare structurally related options against your protein panel. Discovery, not replacement.

Side-effect mode

Informational off-target signals across a safety panel — a structural risk signal, not an adverse-event probability.

Multi-drug panel

Interaction hypotheses across more than one medication on the list.

What a result looks like

Four fields. Structural signal and clinical evidence never blur into one number.

Every screening result keeps the physics separate from the literature. You can see what the structure says, what the evidence says, how confident the model is — and why this protein was on your panel at all.

structuralSignal

Where the compound sits against each protein on your safety panel — ranked, with the pose that produced it.

clinicalEvidence

Drug class, documented interactions and literature, sourced and versioned. Empty means pending, never “no known evidence.”

modelConfidence

Structure and interface confidence for the prediction itself — so a weak fold cannot masquerade as a strong signal.

panelReason

Why this protein is on your panel: a variant you carry, a documented target, or a class-wide safety check.

Navi8 does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace clinical judgment.

Side-effect risk, rank-ordered

Your prescribed drug is profiled across a panel of your own off-target proteins and rank-ordered against the other members of its class. The output is a structural risk signal you can discuss — not a probability that a side effect will happen.

Multi-drug interaction checks

Navi8 prioritizes the medication pairs on your list most worth testing, then evaluates affinity shift, binding-site overlap and displacement on your protein states — with documented-interaction evidence shown alongside, separately.

Alternatives & natural candidates

Same-class compounds, repurposed compounds that bind the same target, and — on the roadmap — bounded natural-product candidates screened against the same panel. Always presented as discovery for a clinician conversation.

Personalized dosage & timing

Dosage and timing guidance is an evidence product built on top of your protein state and the clinical literature for it — a one-shot starting point for a prescriber, instead of weeks of titration.

Roadmap
Family management

Link the people you already look after.

A household manager links a spouse, children and parents by email. Each member keeps their own account and their own sequence; the manager sees every adherence gap, symptom trend and review flag on one 30-day range.

Adherence, per dose

Every scheduled dose is a tick on the timeline — taken, missed or late — with a 30-day rate per medication per member.

Symptom trends

Members log symptoms in the app; the household view overlays them on the same range so a flare lines up with the missed dose that preceded it.

Review flags, display-only

Rule-based flags — adherence gaps, supplement overlaps, timing drift — surface what is worth a conversation. They are never a diagnosis.

Live in daily use

The parts you use every day feed the parts that think.

Today view, calendar, recurring schedule, symptom log and completion trends are all in the app now. Each entry improves the context the next screening question is asked with — and gives your clinician a real record instead of a recollection.

Your data

Designed around ownership.

You hold the keys

Your sequence and health data belong to you. Navi8 is built for client-side encryption, export on demand, and interoperability with the records you already keep.
